Wrong date format with the calendar

When i use the plugin versionmanager to manager start and end date of version, i have a strange probleme.
The date choose with the calendar haven't the right format

26/Sep/19

instead

26/sept./19

so i can not update i have to change it.
On the same project, with the same login, and the same calendat but on the Jira version manager (without the plugin) there is not probleme, the date select on the calendar is the right  and when i update (save), the date is change on the format that the field display (26/06/19) without any message
