XRay connector for bamboo / Not creating new jira ticket.

I'm currently using Xray connector for bamboo v. 1.1.2, I'm wondering why it doesn't create a new test ticket in JIRA, it is giving me response code 200, but on test definition it is saying error. 

Can someone help me out on this please?
