Xray Document Generator not pulling test executions

I have a Test Plan that has test executions in it.  However, when I use the template for Test Plan from the store it is not pulling in the Test Executions.  Any ideas as to why?

 

I didn't change anything on the template from the store:  Xray Test Plan Advanced with Cover Page
