Xrays's custom fields in Requirement Yogi traceability matrix

Hi,

We are using on one side Confluence with 'Requirement Yogi' to specify our requirements, and on the other side JIRA with XRay for our tests management.

Our Confluence and JIRA tools are linked together, thus we can link our RY requirements to Xray issues, this works fine.

We noticed that RY Release 2.3 offers the possibility to retrieve Jira issues' fields in the traceability matrix and more particularly the XRay custom fields. This would be a great opportunity for us. However, for now on, we haven't been able to use this new feature. We did not manage to get access to Jira issues from RY matrix.

Is there a dedicated documentation or specific JQL requests?

Currently, Xray do not have an integration with Requirement Yogi. So what we would recommend is to contact Requirement Yogi Support Team, since they´ll be the best people to help you.
