Zendesk field mapping - missing fields

My company already has Zendesk app installed.

I just added 2 new custom fields to JIRA that I want to map to Zendesk to display on the JIRA create screen in Zendesk

The new fields do not appear in the drop down selection under Field Mapping.

How do I get Zendesk to pick up the new fields?
