Zephry for JIRA Error Message: The issueid/issue key 141,782 is not of issue type test

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Today we passed all our tests within a test cycle but when attempting to change a test cycle status from WIP to PASS it presented the following error "The issueid/issue key 141,782 is not of issue type test".
This now occurs for all our test cycles in all releases when trying to change to any of the statuses i.e PASS, FAIL, BLOCKED etc...
We have been using Zephyr for JIRA for a couple of years and never come across this error.
What is the issue and how do we resolve it? Thanks!
