Zephyr GATEWAY_TIMEOUT error preventing test steps from loading and test cycle access

When we go to add a test case to a test cycle, through the "Add to Test Cycle" button, the Test Cycle dropdown is stuck loading with a 504 GATEWAY_TIMEOUT error. It's the same error when we try to go to the Test Cycles page itself (where all the test cycles are listed).

When we try to load the test steps within a ticket, we get: "Add-on is not responding. Wait or cancel?"

Thanks for your interest in Zephyr .In future for such issues that require immediate attention please sign up to  our support site "https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us" and use the option "Submit a Case" to raise a ticket with us

I'm not sure how to cancel a question, but this question can be closed. Zephyr's systems were down for the Jira cloud yesterday, but are back up this morning.
