Zephyr - How to navigate to Requirements from a Test Case?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I created a Test case by selecting the User story and then clicking on Create Test cases. Once the Test cases are created, how do I navigate to Requirements.

Also I want to see a Dashboard where in for particular Sprint, how many Test executions have been done, how many have passed, how many have failed.
