Zephyr reindex not working with Zephyr version 4.1.2.41207953

Hello Team

I have installed the Zephyr plugin version 4.1.2.41207953 on my Jira instance with version Jira v7.13.3. After installation when i run the reindex it is not indexing the data could you please let me know what could be the case. Is it a compatible issue or something i have to do from my end.

Zephyr ver 4.1.2 is compatible with JIRA 7.13.3 so its not a compatibility issue. Are you trying the soft re-index or the hard re-index and is this for a specific project or for all projects?
