add user after connecting to LDAP

Hello again, i also want to know if its possible to create new user after connecting to LDAP. When i create a new project, the customer want to see some details, but i dont want to create a user profile for every customer, so i want to create it local for the projectsite. Is this possible?

Yes it is still possible to create user from the UI and the user will be created in JIRA Internal Directory. If you would like to create the users in LDAP Directory, then you would have to create them in LDAP server instead.

If you decided to create the user profile for customers locally (JIRA Internal Directory), this would have you two or more directories to manage. Therefore please refer to Managing Multiple Directories to learn more.
