how to close a beta issues

Click "close".  If you don't have the option, check your workflows.

Until the issue is resolved, it's my opinion that it's not resolved/closed. Use simplified workflows in the case you are uncertain on how create a post function or assign a workflow that will close the issue upon clicking the done button. In a simplified workflow you can configure the board by selecting the Board button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Select configure then columns. If you are using a simplified workflow you'll have the option of setting the resolution by checking the "set resolution" box in the done column. Hope this helps.
