biggantt sorting not working as expected

Have an issue with biggantt sort options, it's not working as expected or as it should work (in compare with agile boards).

I use jql: order by priority desc, due asc

if I don't use any quick filters, it will just post me some data:

if I use quick filter with such query: 
status not in (Готово,"Готово (без тестирования)","Готово (в релизе без теста)",Отменена,Backlog, Новая)

it will show me what I needed with relevant sorting

If I use another one filter (new and backlog issues): status in (Новая,Backlog)
it's also didn't sort it right.

So in general, I need relevant sorting enabled even if I didn't use quick filters settings! What did I wrong?

the sorting NEVER works for me, no matter what I do.  I've entered several support tickets with SoftwarePlant.  You could try doing that as well.
