can I customize the channel prefix for creating per-issue channels?

My org has pretty solidified rules with regards to naming channels, including temporary channels created for jira issues.  It looks like the default channel name is "Issue-<project>-<id>".  Can I change the default "Issue" prefix somehow?  (For instance, I know if I don't change it, lots of people will just hit "Create" blindly and not follow our Org's naming conventions)
