Wouldn't recommend that, storing of large files in confluence is not a best practice. Confluence is more of wiki based tool, not some storing application. It would eventually add up to storage space if large files are added.
It would be always better to store them on SharePoint, one drive or google drive kind of platforms and embed the link in the confluence pages as Video or PPT format.

And there will be a file size limit set by administrator at the system level. By default it would be 100MB.

Large files also can fail on download/preview, because Confluence is not built to be a file server.
