cprime global sso atlassian.sso_key not found

Hi, 

 

I'm using the cprime global sso add-on and when I try to configure my signon/logoff urls I see the error 

Error!

atlassian.sso_key cookie not found!

 

I'm using Confluence version 6.10, happy to share logs if anyone has suggestions.
