draw io images aren't showing for some users but not all.

A validated confluence user is unable to see the draw io image. They are just seeing a blank area where the image should be. See below. Not sure what is causing this. Anyone else experiencing this?No Broken Icon or anything it just shows blank

Hello Jenn, 

If the issue is not encountered for all your users, it could be a browser, Computer or even permission-related issue. In all the cases, I would advise you to contact the Draw.io support in order to identify the root cause. 

Before contacting them, you could contact Atlassian Support with the information requested in the following link, so that they could tell you if they somthing abnormal regarding the web requests to the page containing theses images: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/jira-or-confluence-cloud-instance-is-running-slowly-691011837.html.
