error while generating auto tickets from DATA DOG to JIRA

We have recently configured our data dog account with JIRA. The integration is showing successfully and it's not generating the tickets automatically. showing the following error in data dog events

 

"Error while trying to post a Jira Ticket. 

Error while trying to post a Jira Ticket:

  • Error Message: An update for Jira was called without referring to a project

Can anyone help me to get out with a solution?
