getting an error in bamboo

i m getting error when i m running the script in bamboo cli 

the error:CLI connector is not installed or enabled on the server. See https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/display/ACLI/Installation+and+Use.

We are from BobSwift support team. We have created a support request on behalf of you in our portal. Could you please try to access the ticket https://bobswift.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/SUPPORT-2696 and signup to our portal for further discussion on this ticket. 

Also please share us the below details in the SUPPORT-2696 ticket :

  • Let us know if the Bamboo CLI is installed and licensed in your Bamboo environment. provide us the version of the app that is installed and Bamboo version and share us the screenshot for the same.
  • Let us know the atlassian-command-line-interface-cli Client version that is installed.
  • Share us the complete debug logs by appending --debug to the command that you are running.
