how to retrieve information from Windows AD through User Group Picker PRO 4.0 by using ldapUserList

I have created a LDAP connection in JIRA and now want to load users from my AD inside a custom field (created with User Group Picket PRO). I need to configure the SIL script but I didn't succeed. No record are found.

I tried this SIL script : return ldapUserList({"uid"}, "(&(objectClass=inetOrgPerson)(isMemberOf=cn=????,dc=????))","AD_LDAP"); 

where "AD_LDAP" is the name of my LDAP connection in JIRA

But I don't know what to put as "cn" and as "dc". I guess some reference of my AD but don't know which of them
