incompleteinsprint issue function doesn't show resolved issues

The issue function only shows items still unresolved. Once something is closed it no longer shows up in the result set. For example, if I run the JQL for a sprint I know had 5 issues not completed when the sprint was closed (confirmed when looking at the Sprint Report) the below function won't return any of the 5 issues once they've been resolved.

 

JQL: issuefunction in incompleteinsprint("Board", "Sprint Name")
