/jira search is only visible to me. How can I make it visible to the rest of the channel?

`/jira search <jql>` seems to send only ephemeral messages when I search for issues.  How can I make these searches visible to the rest of the channel?  Such as, I want to create a Slack reminder to do a standard search every morning at 9am visible to the whole channel, and I can't seem to do that.
