my destinationissue.customfield_xx does not appear when i send it to slack.

Hey guys, I have issues that are linked and would like to automate the process of the destination issue url and due date(customfield) would be able to send as a slack message and also a comment on the main ticket. the destinationissue.url does work but the destinationissue.customfield_xx does not work.
