Hello,
In worklog calendar the worklog are not displaying for one user. It's seems to be working for the other users. The user in question has the same role as other user where it's working and she has enter many worklog. Why it's not working for that user. What should I look for?
Thank you,
Nicholas
It's not normal. Was there any previous version of the Work Calendar installed on your test instance? Can you please select "Anyone" and press save. Please update me.

Sorry if I did not answer before. The forum does not allow me more than 3 comments per 24 hours. I tried on my prod server I have the same behaviour. I can add user only if I choose a group. If I choose anyone the option is not there. Also it did not seems to have fix my first problem (the user without data in the calendar). Thank you for you fast answer again.

Hi Nicholas, Voted your questions to unblock your limit. Did you run JIRA reindex to fix user without data? I am looking to the problem with groups.

Please 1) Give me username of the problematic user. I need to see if there are no any chars (spaces, quotes) that could potentially create a problem. 2) In Chrome or FireFox, login under problematic user, press F12 so the console is opened (see here how to open it in Chrome: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/console) and load My Work calendar. Copy console content and paste it here or send me to support[at]jira-work-calendar.com (replace [at] with @).

Hi Nicholas!
First of all, please update to the latest version I published a minute ago: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.romexsoft.worklogcal.jira-worklogcal/versions
If it does not help, other reason can be broken index, so please run JIRA reindex.
Please update me with the result.

By the way I'm using JIRA v6.3.15 and the work calendar version 2.0.2.
