"Save as Template" option in JIRA Service Desk

I am working on creating a Task that includes several sub-tasks for employee onboarding. I have followed the steps provided here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Improve-employee-onboarding-process-in-Jira-with-automated/ba-p/1051543

I am now at step 2 where I should be able to "Save as a Template", however, this option is unavailable under the ellipsis. Is there anyone that can help tell me how I would save this as a template? Thanks in advance!

Have you installed the app "Easy Templates for Jira issues"? That's what the article is about.
