"undefined" alert window poping up

We're seeing a browser popup window with 'undefined' in the message. Also all the calendars are not displaying. There are records in the database.

 We were able to add a new calendar but once we navigated away and came back it was gone. See the attachment, the labels "My Calendar" and "Shared Calendars" are missing too.

Anyone have this issue?
