rename Summary to Title/Subject

Hi,

I want to rename Summary to Title/Subject ? and Reporter to Author? . i installed this plugin to customize . but did not find above two words in the Plugins:Translation Administration page.

In the later versions, default i18n file is at atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/com/atlassian/jira/web/action/JiraWebActionSupport.properties
