reporting plugins

my goal is to create a table of all incoming links to a page with a certain type. I want to use the reporting plugins {local-reporter} / {global-reporter} and the language as described here:

However the macro only yields the error message "This reporter cannot be used in this context"

try something like that:

It keeps giving this error, I have checked how to filling up the parameters here: https://docs.servicerocket.com/reporting/macro-reference/report-table
