scriptrunner fast track transition - and+or condition

I am trying to setup a workflow which has complexity I am not able to wrap my head around. I know this is possible using Fast track transitions, but I need some help with the conditions and code.

Fields:

TVL : YES | NO

GOV: YES | NO

Here is the logic that needs to be set in here:

If a user is from group “PRIME” and the field TVL = YES then, they need to go through INT APPROVAL and PRO Approval steps. All other users directly go to MGR APPROVAL, unless if the field GOV = YES, then it also needs to go through MAL APPROVAL

You would need to create as many fast track transition post functions as many transactions you need to do and define a necessary condition for each of the fast track transition post functions.
