slow updates on Avatar Server for Jira

is there any reason that updates don't come out for this product in a reasonable time-frame?

Last update was released over a year ago and it is failing for the current version of Jira.

Happy to purchase it if that provides faster responses, but it seems like there should be a requirement on jira marketplace to have some reasonable response time on updates to valid releases of the product.

This is a problem we have waited for a fix for over 2 months and no update!
