sonarcloud hyperlink from bitbucket Pull Request no longer works

SonarCloud hyperlink on bitbucket pull request no longer works. The base URL for sonarcloud metric seems to have changed from https://sonarcloud.io/dashboard/index to https://sonarcloud.io/summary/new_code in sonar. Because of this links to sonarcloud dashboard is broken from the Pull Request.
How can I update the base URL in SonarQube server configurations?

Our bitbucket server is on version 6.5.1. Is there a patch or workaround available for the plugin which is compatible with this version of bitbucket? Upgrading our bitbucket version to the latest can't be easily accomplished at this time.
