time and expenses tab missing tempo

In a video i see a tab under accounts "Time and Expenses". How come this tab is missing. I'm using Tempo Timesheets for JIRA Cloud

Hi Kim,

the Time and Expenses report is a Tempo Timesheets 8 feature and is not yet available on Cloud. Due to major changes in the Cloud environment, it will be some time until all Timesheets 8 features are available there.
