way to get issues created via portfolio after field is set as mandatory via scriptrunner behaviour

Scriptrunner and portfolio are in use. 

Now found an issue as marked one global and widely used custom field mandatory for one project via behaviour.

Problem comes when user tries to do new issue via portfolio as portfolio do not recognize mandatory one field as mandarory. 

Is there way to get this combination working ? Even custom field setting in portfolio did not help.
