zephyr capture for jira cannot create issue from browser

Hi, I am using capture for jira to create issues with test sessions,

I cannot create a new issue of any type from the browser, I only can add captured screen to an existing issue

I tried on firefox and chrome the same problem appears 

the page starts loading and nothing is happening

I found this error in JS console 

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'value')
at captureVariables.parseFields
