The final phase of the new navigation rollout is here! Starting this week, we’ll begin transitioning users on Enterprise and Premium plans to the new experience.
This milestone brings all users, across all plans, onto a unified navigation experience.
From July 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. PST, we’ll start rolling out the new navigation to all users on the Enterprise and Premium plan. ⚠️ While the rollout begins immediately, it may take up to 3-7 days to reach all sites. We appreciate your patience during this period. |
The new navigation will be available on Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, and Atlassian Home.
Here’s where we’re at and what to expect:

📌 We’ve seen feedback on Community asking for a delay in the rollout, a way to keep both experiences, or to opt out entirely. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to do this and we’re still continuing with the rollout as planned. Here's why. |
From our last round of research, we gathered valuable customer insights across a wide range of roles, team structures, environments, and usage behaviors. These insights helped us identify key usability and workflow challenges with the experience.
We’re currently developing solutions and would love your input as we shape what’s next. You’ll have the chance to preview and validate these improvements before they go live. So, watch this group for updates.
In the meantime, if you need a refresher:
We encourage you to share your feedback directly in the app as this helps us quantify and prioritize fixes, improvements, and bugs:
On the bottom left of the sidebar, select Give feedback on new navigation to leave your feedback.
Regards,
The Atlassian navigation team
