Seeking END-USERS to help us improve Atlassian’s navigation

Hi everyone,

As an extension of our previous admin-focussed research into the new navigation, we're eager to hear directly from end-users (non-admins) to ensure we capture a complete picture of how all types of users are experiencing the changes.

As a reminder, we're looking for users who: 

• Are not administrators of any Atlassian products (project administrators are fine, but no higher levels please)

• Have been using the new navigation for at least 2 weeks

• Have been using Atlassian products/apps for at least 12 months

• Use any of the following products:

  • Jira

  • Jira Service Management

  • Confluence

  • Atlassian Home

• Are comfortable with video, audio, and screen sharing with their own sites and real-time data

Can you elaborate on
"Are comfortable with video, audio, and screen sharing with their own sites and real-time data"

What is this meant to be used for?
Would this be recorded / screen shotted and used somehow?


A lot of companies interested in voicing their opinion could feel very constricted by this part?

I have asked within my instance and have requested users get back to me by cop this week.

I have two questions: video, audio and real-time data and also gift card 100 gift card.

Can you provide more context regarding these two points please.

Hey @Marco Dieckhoff and @Sherry Nightingale the session will be recorded but strictly for internal Atlassian use only (basically just so we can re-watch sessions and compare/analyse trends between customers). And re: real-time site sharing, this would just be about sharing screen in your own instances, so we can get a first-hand sense of any challenges you face directly in your environment - as above it's only for internal Atlassian research use. 

If you're uncomfortable with sharing your instance, we suggest you show your sandbox if available :)

The gift card is an e-gift card with a value of $100 USD that is distributed by our research recruitment platform, User Interviews.

Thanks for your response - just so that i'm clearer (because I have to be careful not to share anything under embargo) you will only view whatever it is we record - you will not be going in to our site?

I'll need to check regarding the gift card to make sure this is something we are allowed to accept.
