In our site billing we have a mixture of standard/Premium subscriptions.
According to this, we will get June/July for Jira Software?
But already Late march for Jira Service Management?
How will that mixture work? Different projects = different sidebars?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@Anton Bildh Please bear with us while we work out the timeline. We'll be providing details on the rollout soon, and you'll have more clarity for the sites with mixed subscriptions.
During the webinars, it was mentioned that to maintain consistency across your products, your instance will be migrated all at once, based on your highest tier product. Therefore, if you have a premium product, all your products will be migrated together according to the premium rollout.
That's one way to increase AnnualRecurringRevenue :D
Nice move Atlassian :D
@Anton Bildh We put our latest timelines in this article and added what happens to mixed subscription/editions as an FAQ. But I'll reply here as well:
To maintain consistency across products, you’ll get the new navigation based on the product that has the highest edition.
For example, if your site has Jira on a Premium edition and Confluence on a Standard edition, then both products will get the new navigation according to the Premium edition’s timelines, i.e., mid-May 2025.
Hope this helps!
