Scroll on status dropdown

Hey guys
So we've encountered a problem with a scroll bar appearing on the status dropdown within the issue view, this happened after we turned on the new nav.
We have one project where there are 9 statuses available and it shows this dropdown after the changes to the new navigation. We tried reverting back to the old nav but it's still there though.
This extra scrolling is quite annoying. Is there anything that can be done? Is this new? We certainly haven't seen this before.
