Blog post macro formatting is too large, difficult to style

I want to include the Blog Post macro on a page, but the content formatting is weirdly large and takes up a lot of space for the author headshot and title.

I want to remove the author headshot and get the title to NOT look like a heading (which according to the developer pane, it's shouldn't look like but..IDK).

What CSS elements should I focus on to 

- remove the headshot

- manage the title font

- reclaim the left side whitespace required for the headshot?
