Pointers on connecting Alemba to Jira Premium

Hi. We moved to Jia Premium just under a year ago and are finding it generally great. Something I'd like to address for the team is the selective importing of issues from our service desk tool, Alemba Service Management.

Is there an available plug-in for this or is this actually a problem to be addressed from the Alemba side? All advice gratefully received.

I just did a search through Google for jira cloud integration alemba and it brought up a number of results. Have you investigated any of these?
