Hi all,
I am trying to get my head into some optimizations when using plans. I currently have a project per team and each space has a plan; let's say PRJ_A & PLAN_A, PRJ_B & PLAN_B and PRJ_C & PLAN_C.
Each project has own TEAM_A, TEAM_B and TEAM_C.
However, TEAM_C is actually made by some members working only TEAM_C and others from TEAM_A and TEAM_B sparing part of their sprint capacity.
Which is the best way to succeed here? Shall I have TEAM_A and TEAM_B as private, but TEAM_C as shared?
If I manage TEAM_A only, shall I create a program to see the allocation of my members across PRJ_A and PRJ_C? I might not be interested in planning 'C' but given one of my team members also work there, I see useful to see the capacity on the plan.
