Transportation Provider

we are developing a transportation provider program for which we use the free online Jira to manage the Software Development project. Today, I lost access tot he project in jira completely. I do not know why and I submitted a ticket through Atlassian support. While waiting for the answer I would like to know if someone can suggest some steps to regain access.
