Hi Community and @Emma Schnee
I am new to the group, and very excited to join. I founded a social enterprise called Magic Electricity Box and we are a WISE for regional and rural youth to support their pathways into creative and arts-based careers.
My question is about Revenue Operations and introducing Agile into the ways we can optimize and increase efficacy into our marketing-sales-customer success workflow.
Can it be done? Has anyone done is before? What tools are most useful? What advice can you share?
All the best and thanks for being such a great group! (P.S if there is an Atlassian Confluence or Jira expert in the group, I would love to talk specifics about our workflow).
Cheerio
Irene
Welcome to the group!
Magic Electricity Box sounds amazing—what a great initiative! We’re glad to have you here.
I haven’t personally implemented Agile in Revenue Operations, but I’ve heard it can be super effective for streamlining workflows. Tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Jira (especially for Agile project management) might be worth exploring.
I’m sure others here have valuable insights, and hopefully, a Confluence or Jira expert can chime in too!
Looking forward to seeing your journey and contributions. Welcome once again!
Cheerio!
Welcome, Irene! Yes, Agile can absolutely be applied to Revenue Operations many teams have done it successfully. It helps align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success by improving transparency, prioritization, and iteration.
Useful tools: Jira (for sprint planning), Confluence (for documentation), HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana.
Advice: Start small pilot Agile ceremonies like stand-ups or retros. Map your customer journey and build cross-functional squads focused on specific pipeline stages.
Happy to connect on Jira/Confluence specifics anytime!
