Administrators Cleanup

Good morning,

After a long weekend cleaning up, I am still in the cleanup mode 😊. I am curious to know:

• When do you feel the urgency to cleanup your Atlassian Tools?
• How many times do you perform a cleanup?
• When you first join a company and notice lot of duplicate workflows, Custom fields, unneeded project roles,.... how do you manage the cleanup?

I think clean up should be an ongoing priority for maintaining Jira.  Our team has a story added to each sprint around an area of cleanup focus to ensure it's not forgotten.
