I like:

The welcoming atmosphere

The enthusiasm

The content I add to my Atlassian "toolbelt"

Meeting new peeps

Sea Otters.  Martinis. :-) But I digress...

I dislike:

Sometimes I struggle with the meeting time.  After a long day at work, it's hard to psyche myself into going - but the stuff I "like" gets me there, and I'm always glad I go.  Honestly - I don't know another time that would work better.
