Learned about estimation

I thought the talk by Michael Godeck about estimation was really interesting. Estimation is such a controversial topic in most organizations because it is hard to find a common set of tools to do the estimates. And people are generally very bad at estimates. Michael introduced some really interesting concepts that could make the estimation process a bit more accurate.
