Example Local Pipeline Runner building on on EKS

Hello. Can someone point me to an example manifest with a pipeline building an image on EKS with a local runner? It seems the runner crashes (before even running the pipeline) looking for /var/lib/docker (which doesn't exist on EKS).

Thought about mounting /var/lib/containerd from the node but I don't see other examples doing that for Docker (much less containerd), so I am unsure.
