Never ending pipelines

I've been experiencing an issue with Bitbucket Pipelines hosted on self-managed servers for the past few days. After triggering a pipeline, no jobs appear to run, and it's not even possible to stop the pipeline manually — it only terminates automatically after 120 minutes. All workers show as online in the settings.

Hey team,

Is this still an issue? We had an outage last Friday that affected the pipeline cloud and runner. This outage has since been resolved, so I wonder if it still affects you.
