I am trying to determine a best solution to "notify" system administrators when they are responsible for granting access for new employees. Some administrators are non-IT personnel (ie: Finance) who manage access to specific systems and are not Agents in the IT Project
I have been adding these folks as Participants to the new hire request and using the @mentions to notify them of what is needed. Maybe this is the best way but curious to hear how others tackle this.
