Can I place my X-Ray subscription on hold for 3 months?

I'd like to place my X-Ray subscription on hold for 3 months, is this possible OR would I need to cancel the subscription then purchase again after the 3-month period?

Hi @renee lauric 

There's no hold feature for Apps - so usually you'd need to cancel the subscription then re-subscribe (assuming you're on monthly payments).

You could contact the vendor though and see if there's any alternatives they can offer - contact options are listed on their Marketplace listing's support tab - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211769/xray-test-management-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support
