My subscription has automatically re activated after i believed i had cancelled it as i no longer require Trello

Please be informed, in order to resolve this, you'll need to directly engage with Atlassian's Billing and Licensing team. They are the only ones who can verify your cancellation attempt, confirm the reactivation, and process any potential refund.
